OPIS Gasoline & Diesel Rack Prices
OPIS gasoline and diesel rack prices are available for more than 390 wholesale rack locations every day. Over 240 key cities contain the OPIS Smart Rack which details retail gasoline lows and averages and shows valuable profit margins.

OPIS recently introduced a new "OPIS Spot Mean" quote in over 225 cities. This unprecedented move enhances wholesale price visibility by showing the prior-day closing spot price alongside the current day's rack price. The rack display also includes the OPIS "Spot Replacement Index" or "SRI" that links local rack markets to bulk spot markets in over 215 locations by product. It then factors in the appropriate delivery costs (truck or pipeline tariffs, cost of money, terminal fees, product shrinkage, etc.) to get that spot product delivered to a particular rack. Each rack includes the OPIS high, low, and daily OPIS contract average.
